The Items on Imagees are owned by the respective rightsholder.

We are not providing any image or any graphics license
  • User must have to know that we are not providing any type of licence and other kind of extra certificate.
  • User does not have to rights resale any files or grahpics, If this will detect and then Imagees are not responsible for that.
How downloading and registering Items works :
  • No ownership: By downloading or registering an Item you're not actually acquiring ownership of the Item itself, only the license to use that Item. Items are subject to specific terms of use, and these terms are set out in the license term.
  • Support: We do our best to make sure that Items are high quality. However, pls contact in working time for better support.
Third party products and services
  • As a Subscriber you may also have access to, or be eligible for special offers in relation to, products and services provided by our partnered suppliers (Third Party Offers). Information about Third Party Offers will be published on our website.
  • You have no obligation to redeem any Third Party Offer. However, if you choose to do so, then you will be buying the relevant product and/or service from the supplier and not from us.
  • The redemption of a Third Party Offer is subject to terms and conditions set by our partners. You should read and make sure that you agree to the applicable terms and conditions before redeeming any Third Party Offer.
Refunds and cancelations
  • Money should not be refund if already download. We will NOT REFUND.
  • We will NOT REFUND if the same file was downloaded 2 times.
  • We will NOT REFUND if arised any technical issue or internet connection issue.
  • Given the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer a refund on a purchased points unless you not use any balance. If you would like to request a refund you need to pay payment fee.
  • If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase.
  • There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
    • you bought points by mistake.
    • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the Items made available.
    • you ask for goodwill.
  • It is important that you understand how refunds work.
  • Refund/Cancellations - In case you arise an error during the download and payment made success in that case We will issue the refund within 3-5 working days.
Shipping Policy
  • We will not provide any type of shipping services.
  • We just deliver your digital files in Email/WhatsApp or other digital platform.
